How does IDfy perform the Reference Check?
- IDfy collects feedback on the candidate’s conduct and professional reputation from the reference provided by the candidate or organization.
- Soliciting written response from verifier via email. If the referee does not respond or indicates an alternate preference, relevant standard questions are asked in verbal conversation with the referee, and a compiled report is provided.
- Verification is marked as 'Unable to Verify' if verification is not received within 3 attempts.
