What is an Employment verification?

An employment verification is a procedure that verifies a candidate's entire work history, including previous employers, designations, and responsibilities at each one. It also includes the candidate's reasons for leaving previous jobs, as well as his or her rehire eligibility.

Why is an Employment verification required?

Candidates providing incorrect or false information in their resumes, is not uncommon in today's competitive employment landscape with so many technological conveniences available to everyone.

Work and employment history, previous designations, and nature of work/industry are all important factors in determining whether or not an applicant is a good fit for a job opening.
